BeijingCNTC International Auction co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as " CNTCInternational Auction ") was established in April 2003 with the approvalof the National Cultural Heritage Administration, Beijing Municipal CommerceBureau and Beijing Administration for Market Regulation with a registeredcapital of 10 million Yuan.

CNTCInternational Auction is the AAA level enterprise inChina's Auction Industry, the first, second and third class cultural relicauction enterprise approved by the National Cultural Heritage Administration,the council members of China Association of Auctioneers, and the vice-chairmanof Beijing Association of Auctioneers. Auction business: Judicial sale, real estate, landuse rights, equity rights, creditor's rights, management rights, motorvehicles, second-hand equipment, cultural relics and works of art and otherpublic property auction. By means of auction business CNTC InternationalAuction serves for the reorganization and optimization of state-owned assetsand ensures the preservation and increment of the value of state-owned assets.Provide services for commercial Banks and asset management companies indisposing of non-performing assets, and timely recover funds; To serve thedisposal of assets seized and confiscated by judicial and administrativeorgans; To provide auction and transfer services for the tangible andintangible assets of social organizations and individuals.

•     招标代理业务：接受招标人委托，组织招标活动。通过帮助招标人或受其委托拟定招标文件，审查投标人的资质，组织评标、定标等等，为其提供与招标活动有关的咨询、代书及其他服务性工作。实现招标机构的四价值：维序（维护社会主义市场秩序）、控权（控制公共采购中的自由裁量权）、经济（降低采购成本，提高经济效益）和正义（程序正义，即通过法定的完整程序，保证货物、工程和服务的采购活动能够公开透明、有效竞争、高效实施）。

•     Bidding agency business: Accept the tenderee‘s entrustment,organize bidding activities.
